After 30 years of experience in communications and campaigning for a better world (CEO/owner of the agency BBK/Door Vriendschap Sterker, a certified B-Corp) I changed to the role of social entrepreneur, systems changer and in/outdoor facilitator. Taking with me the talent for finding the right words, symbols and communication channels to strengthen organizations, and change people’s behaviour for the better.
In 2022 I co-created The Undercover Activist. A learning hub for positive workplace activism. In 2024 I founded Innerpact that aims to equip changemakers with the skills and resources to build inner strength, integrate stakeholders in governance and decisions and cross the line for nature. Working with knowledge from Theory U, deep democracy, yoga and systems dynamics. I am on the board of Lab for Future Generations and Off-trend. Earth Charter Brongroep Netherland member, and followed the Dandelion Fellowship by Earth Law Center. I studied communication sciences both in Amsterdam and Londen. Followed the executive programme for Creative Leadership at THNK and I am instructed by “de erkende toezichthouder” to be in governance positions. In 2020 I completed the online program Sustainability Management at University of Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership. In 2021, I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa yoga teacher training. In 2024 I completed System Dynamics in Organisations at Hellinger Instituut. In 2025 I was part of the Bio-Leadership Fellowship and completed level 4 Deep Democracy. In 2026 I will continue with the Social Global Witnessing facilitation training.
